these are the little worm drive gears that sit on top of the the window motor mine has a nylon gear tooth ring around the metal substrate that has cracked off and broken offf leavinmg me no teeth!!!,,,,,actually all i need is this big gear but it is pressed on and a bit hard to get off unless you have a tiny puller 909 860 0434
