New European e9 Forum

I stumbled on this a couple days ago as well when searching "E9 and Colorado" for a color reference point... It took me a few seconds to make sure we didn't have a complete cosmetic overhaul here.

Anyone know who's behind it?

How do we register?

I feel like an OAP asking such a question, but has anyone worked out how to register for it?
I found this but could get no further.
