New Motorsport Stripes on My Coupe

At the risk of 'Jumping the Shark' and potential pitchforks, I added Motorsport stripes to my coupe a couple of weekends ago. I've been wanting to do this ever since I got a close look at Peter's beautiful Fjord CSL at Pebble Beach a few years ago. I just love how the Motorsport colors look on Fjord. I had them made with CSi instead of CSL, It took me a Saturday afternoon to apply them and will take less time to remove if I decide they don't work on the car. I really like the look and so do my BMW friends. Very curious to see what this group thinks.

I really like it Vince - although I am a little biased - as you say, it works with the Fjord really well, and it works with Chamonix as well in my humble opinion, it lengthens the car in a nice way

Pitch perfect Vince. No forks in your future. My favorite coupe color with my favorite iteration of the Leicht cars. Just the stripes with all the creature comforts.

Thanks again, I bought the console from a guy named Anton a few years ago then had the pad covered in some left over leather. He was making them for e9s and 2002s, but I think it's been awhile since he's made them.

I like the motorsport colors against the Fjord blue. It's somehow a bit more subtle - the colors almost blend a bit.

Vince--The Shark has not been jumped. Fjord, Chamonix,& Polaris look fine with the Motorsport stripes.
