New (old) headliner material

Have a large roll of new old stock aftermarket headliner material. This was part of a large collection of new parts purchased a long time ago (late 80s/early 90s)that came with my car which was in process of restoration.

I took it out of the original shipping role for the first time ever the other day. As shown, this is a large section measuring 63.5”x109.5“ — enough for two cars

Near the corners it is a little chewed up, and all along one side is a little worn as it was sticking out. This only affects maybe an inch or less on each side, and more so at the corners than middle. Given the coupe headliners are well narrower than this, should not be a problem at all.

Aside from the edge, it is in flawless new condition, still perfectly soft.

While I originally thought this was OEM, it appears to be a good aftermarket version and have updated this for sale post accordingly. The material appears to be closer to original spec than most of the current offerings as detailed out in the conversation below.

Not sure what this is worth, but assuming likely more per yard than current modern material. Please make a reasonable offer and as mentioned, this is enough for two cars.

The camera does not pick it up well, but there are extremely faint straight lines. Also took a picture of the backing.

Have had some helpful feedback that it does not look like OEM in the pictures, so going to compare it against my factory sunvisors and ‘74 coupe to confirm before accepting any offers.

Looks like a great compromise as the original has long been NLA.

Confirmed it does look different, and is missing the grid like lines. He is a picture of my actual OEM NOS visor for comparison. Updating the original post accordingly along with those of you that have expressed interest via DM. I also compared it with the headliner I got from Coupe King, and would say this material splits the difference. This has more of a reinforced fabric backing and defined perforations, and though very similar the CK one is a bit thicker using a modern thick smooth backing and less of a starburst in the perforation.
