That is also my first impression but seeing many such motors in the past the wires condition (especially where they are coming from the plastic cap) makes me believe it is NOS but stored in humid place for some time to get a little surface rust and dirt.

This will not work on any E9 window. Only E28 rear window motors will work. Bosch last three numbers must be 046 for the Driver's side front or rear and 027 for the passenger's side front or rear.

I think you mean 026 for the former.

Harry is correct, this is a front window motor so not useable.
