Newbie with questions

The speedometer will read. lower than actual by about 4% (if the speedometer was accurate with the stock 195//70 14 tires)

I keep up with traffic on the highway and in the city I drive reasonably. I got the car from the US so the big numbers are miles not kms. So I’ve gotten used to approximation. The 15” wheels are as big as I’d go without risking ride comfort. These are touring cars after all. I toss my 2002tii.
 
You may want to pace your speedometer with a GPS (free ones are available as an ap for your cell phone) to see what the actual error is. My speedometer actually got MORE accurate when I changed from 195/70 14 to 205/70 14.

its not that hard to get a Km speedo. i have one that i will never use - just don't know if it would work for you as it depends on which diff you have. here is the FAQ to determine which speedo you need based on the diff in the car
