Nezumi watches - Swedish designer with an interest in auto racing

Came across this brand when buying a Tudor Ranger (loving it by the way!) from a local guy. I was asking about some of the more unusual watches he has, he mentioned this designer who is inspired by Porche racing designs of the 1970s. Since I figure most of us are analog at heart, thought it might spark some interest here. The current available options are bit more sedate in colorway but they have had some with the blue/yellow of the Swedish flag. The seller noted that he initially sought out the designers background after buying the watch and feeling that the yellow was Porsche signal yellow - and right he was!

I love the UFO! My father has a one he wears almost daily and a few for spare parts. I wear my 1984 7a38-7030 most days. All titanium, super light!

Nice-looking watch, hadn’t seen those before. Large dial! Not sure it would work for me, anything over a 40 starts to look a bit large on me
 
I am an old (originally) Seiko guy myself. I still have the 'Sports 100' my parents gave me when I graduated high school.

I wore that Seiko daily till about 20 years ago when I bought myself a Breitling Aerospace. Similar style - just newer/nicer/a bit bigger.....

Funny story on the Breitling....
I traveled a bunch for work (before I retired) and was often in Istanbul. On one of my trips - a couple of co-workers wanted to go to the Grand Bazaar and 'shop'. Even though I had been there several times, the place is so big, you will NEVER see everything - so I happily went with them. In going around, my co-workers stepped into a shop to get something so I just waited out front looking around at the neighboring shops. One of those shops was a watch booth. They sold all sorts of nice watches - Rolex, Omega, Cartier - and so on. None of them real - LOL. But on first glance, they looked the part... I think the most expensive one was (back in 2014 or so) about $100 USD. As I was looking in the window, the proprietor stepped out and we had a short visit.... Young fella who spoke very good English. He chuckled when he saw the watch I was wearing.... (the Breitling). He had a few 'Breitlings' for sale - but the full analog kind. He said they can't recreate the Aerospace ones... He gave me the thumbs up and big smile a shor time later when he had to step back inside as a customer entered his store.
Too funny - Several of my co-workers came back with knock off designer 'stuff' on several occasions. Fun times.

Wow! My mom bought me the same Seiko when I graduated from high school! I think I still have it somewhere, I've always been into watches. My nicest is my Tag that I bought for myself 25 years ago after receiving a nice bonus. Now, all I wear is my Garmin - mainly because I love tracking my daily steps.
