LOVE THIS! So much fun in the desert, i go to IW a few times a year. - sorry to have missed it.
I've had the privilege of driving on the Thermal track several times and have a buddy who is an instructor at BMW Performance there - we've ripped M2s on that course for hours on end!

Nothing better then a day at the track, would love to drive a M2 on the track. Maybe one day.
