There's a Golf 2000 Tii Touring on BAT - auction ends tomorrow. Very short on engine bay pics, but the drivetrain seems okay based on the driving videos. (I know, not an accurate representation of its actual condition.) It has rust on the right front rockers - see pics 187 - 189. Any opinions on the severity of it or the car in general?

A lot to like about this 2002 touring, I don’t see the rust to be bad…very common for those floor corners to be rusted, easy repair without damaging exterior finishes.

Nice car and details.
Personally I like the Touring front and the rear separately, but it feels like they belong to different cars. :).
 
the elongated rear windows kind of reminds me of the proportions of the Alfa GTV6. while i like both cars, a rear window that is longer than the front window just doesn't really work for me.
