The steering wheel can be removed once the mess is winched up onto the flat bed.

Speaking of nuts, there are probably 1,000 acorns stored inside. As for the steering wheel, a large adjustable wrench will do to get it on and off the flat bed.
And it already has run flat tires. A + for the tires, F- for the rest of the hulk.
