It seems like all I’ve been doing (to me) is welding away on the movie shoot truck project but it takes $$$ to even do a clean up on a coupe so working a lot can’t be a bad thing right now. I have managed to pick up a rotted out Bavaria with standard shift for a parts car in the mean time.
Also my 5 speed finally arrived from California.
And maybe best of all my old second ever employee “Plant” has started working on taking care of a few things on the body of the car. He really seems to be into the clean up and has already come up with a few neat ideas on modifications for the car. I think he’s enjoying a break from restoring muscle cars and having to deal with the matching numbers crowd. He is meticulous & detail oriented so I’m thinking that him and his little hidden away body shop are perfect for my coupe job :-D:-D.
