Just curious if others share the love of bikes as well as their cars...

Not real fast but that's probably a good thing.

Bikes

I always wanted an R90S! Rode a '71 R60/5 through my college years. I have at present two other bikes...a '71 Triumph T100 R Daytona, I will be taking this one to a British Classic show in the park this Sunday. A lot of cool cars and bikes at this event.(Three Vincents last year) The '06 Triumph 675 Daytona for a good work out.

Dominican Blue?...

Chris- nice taste. That's a rare color for a slash-2, in fact anything other than black is unique.

The R50 and R60 /2 models were available in any of the standard car paint codes including Granada, Turf, Riviera, Bristol, etc. although most were black or white. Here is a link to the expert if you want a concours restoration:

The wife isn't ready for another vehicle in the garage, no matter how little room it would need!

I have a poor man's bike.

I was speaking about my E9 at job and it´s now in perfect shape and 99.5% in original. I was also looking for other projects during this next coming (long) winter when this came up!

I would like a old bike like an Indian or similar.

Since this globe is rather small, so next day this appair!

"A 1929 HarleyD in original shape! Double headlight, one cylinder 500cc!"

Since I am a noob on old bikes! What HD stands in class for veterans?

Go for it

How much? The vintage bikes are so cool. A '29 would be an envy on this side of the pond for sure, as most of the riders in my 'hood ride Harley's. Too much weight for me, the newer Harley, as mass likes to stay in the straight line, according to Newton. Funny how the groups segregate...
Brit boys, bimmer boys, sport bike guys, and the Harley riders. Me, I love it all. Of note...today a '67 'Vette stuck on our bridge, hood open, the worst place possible for a break down. I was heading the other way, so not possible to stop and offer assistance safely... poor guy was getting no help from others as well, not even a push to a petrol station across the street! Looked to me as some others behind him offered the push, and he waved them off in liew of a tow truck. "do not touch the car!" Mean while holding up traffic on spot where we also have road construction hell going on. Hate to say it...old joke...the difference between the Corvette and the porcupine? With the 'Vette, the pricks are on the inside. (substitute Porsche if you wish)
