Hate to be a pest, replaced WP, rebuilt exactly the way it came apart. Now my fan clutch has got a rattle (I removed PS and AC belts to ensure these are not the source, sound isolated with a stethescope). I cannot find anything rubbing/scrapping. I just hope this is a simple fix.

Which pump/clutch did you install?
WP is a Graf, part 11511705236 which was what BMA and Autohauz AZ had listed. It matched the old one. The fan clutch was the original one in the car. Wondering if I did not seat the notch on the flange with the center bolt of the fan clutch.
