OEM Cylinder Head?

Hi I'm in the process of removing the engine and I noticed the cylinder head is not original to the car, does anybody know what kind it is? Would you guys suggest keeping it or finding an original BMW one?
Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

That's a spanish made replacement, I don't think anything is wrong with the brand so no need to replace unless it's toast.
