Has been 6 years to get to this stage

Bugger, in all my excitement I forgot the photo! ImageUploadedByTapatalk1375040965.104437.jpg

Yes, but only the front, the back window just gets called a screen sometimes because its the same size and shape i guess, the others are windows, funny how language works

Here in NZ we have

Front wind screen
Rear window
Side windows ( the front vent windows are sometimes called "1/4 light windows" )
Bonnet (hood) some people refer to a convertible soft top as a "hood" here ( a hood is something you pull up over your head, like on a coat or jacket)
Boot (trunk)
Guard (fender)

Lots more photos when I'm finished

Thanks

Steve

Yeah, the names of those things do vary between languages.

In Swedish it is all "pane", front/rear/side pane.

Bonnet would be "engine hood" and the lid of the boot would be like "rear hatch"

The word for guard is a direct translation from the German stossdämpfer. Stoss is when someone "bumps" into you and dämpfer is to dampen it.

Not painted yet :( In a week or two I think. Lat six weeks have been pretty slow.

And then it should go much quicker putting everything back together. But is probably another two months.

So I missed out on this summer but there is a summer next year...

Bum :(

Yes, Mine was meant to have been finished last year as well, but life just seems to get in the way all the time! work and family etc etc

PM sent
