Opinion (or abuse) welcome.... (clear or original)

That car is so nice you can put markers made of cardboard and still look perfect. When you have equivalent alternatives go for exclusivity. So I say go clear but keep the orange around in case everybody goes clear.

I with Ande
You could paste just about anything on your car and it would look perfect! Even clear.

The clear is growing on me - especially with Polaris and the bada$$ setup you have. I like RSPorsche's idea of the yellow bulbs to give it the color when indicating - would be cool i think.

FYI- For all the stealth guys- bav auto sells a bulb that appears clear, but when on turns yellow.

I agree with nicad - its modern or traditional look. Fortunately you dont have rear quarter side turn signals and i havent found anyone who sells clear ones of those yet. Would look odd clear at the front orange at the back, almost like A reverse mullet haircut!

Thanks guys (excuse me to all of the ladies on the forum.... Perhaps that's a topic for another thread on how many ladies we have that an E9-sisters?...)

This thread has been both informative and entertaining! As an Australian I expected more abuse than opinions ;-)

So if anyone knows of who can supply or create the clear rear lens arrangement then I am ready... I will keep the originals always and forever in the event I want to go back... But just like a mullet... It can grow out or we can shave it all off.

Hmmm, I had one of those, it is called a dead battery.

Lmao!

Sorry for the hijack, but reminds me of a europe vs US joke;

A big time farmer from texas is visiting germany. Meets a bunch of rural farmers in germany. Starts boasting:
"I need two days to go round my farm in my truck"
replies one of the german farmers:
"Yeah, I had a truck like that once...."

We save that for people trying to sell E9s!!

4-page article on my coupe (in BMW GB Magazine)

Here is a link to the full 4-page article I originally created for the BMW Car Club Magazine of Great Britain who requested a full article after someone over in the UK saw my coupe at an event here in the U.S.

I have not used Google's document sharing platform before, so I hope this works...
