Are Penske Parts OEM? I'm looking to buy a new windshield, rubber windshield gasket, and stainless trim. I want to go with OEM parts. Is Penske the best (cheapest and reliable) source for OEM parts?

They are OEM and have great service and support (especially for something like a windshield), but Tomkinson (also OEM) is less expensive.
+1 on Tomkinson. Great prices, excellent service.

Its been a couple of years, but I ordered a front windshield for my 2002 from the dealer, and the shipping was free...also could inspect at the dealership to ensure no damage, then take it home with me...might be worth a little extra for those two things...and if you are nice (which I was) or a CCA member, which I wasn't, they might give you 10% off...ask if they dont offer...good luck.
