I have a pair of these E21 (m20) intake runners.

You will need SIX to swap your D-jet/L-jet smaller runners. Buy a pair so you won't need to buy eight of them.

E21 intake runners are larger and have shown to increase torque:

Interesting runner with the bridge across the open ends, wonder if that was a very late style?

The bridge though might cause some issues with the fuel rail and wiring harness since they really reduce the amount of space between the plenum and the stub manifolds.

I think if your handy though you could cut the bridge off and grind away the extra metal. There's a clear defining line there.
