Hello Everyone.

I would like to put a passenger side mirror on my 73 e9. The price for the mirror itself is in the $150 -$175 range.

For that price, I could purchase a brand new set of aftermarket ones.

Does anyone have a suggestion for after market mirrors that would look period correct?

Thanks,

Pete in SF

my suggestion is to just go with the originals. I´m not an oringinality freak per se but the orginals on the E3 (trapez and even the later flat ones) are just so pretty and anything else looks so out of place... just my 0.02mm

I agree! Original for 73 is the trapezoid, later cars got the flag mirror. Although most coupes today have a flag mirror as the trap mirror was NLA for many years.
