Petri sport wheel horn button differences?

Good morning-
i recently purchased (it's currently en route, actually) what i believe to be a possibly semi-correct Petri horn button for my 38cm sport wheel.
i say possibly/semi because the backside does not match the confirmed-correct Petri horn buttons that i've seen in pics.
it's a bit rough, i know, but the price was low and with a good refurb i think it'll look decent and have a nice patina.
would an expert like to educate me on what i have here (possibly e10 or e21?) and if it'll fit and pass muster for being correct-ish?
(i have searched this for quite some time both here and elsewhere and have not found any discussions on this topic)

Had I not seen the second pic/ back side of the button, I would have bet it’s a MoMo. But it’s obviously a Petri, whichever model steering wheels it’s for.
@Markos or @Wladek might be able to shed some light on its origin.

It looks like some type of Petri factory button with a momo ring and face. Petri did have two terminal factory buttons/pads, such as those found on e30’s and many other cars.

The button is a mind bender. Not correct for a Petri wheel but a good looking button.
 
On the first photo - is early bmw momo with metal ring
On the second photo - is back of large petri that was used for E24 & E21 OEM wheels
So first don't match second

Take a look on last photo of E21 horn button from W&N & compare it to second photo - recognize?

That makes sense to me. It must be two totally different photos. Which makes me think scam.

No, horn button that is used on our 35, 38, 40 Petri's is ca. 48mm diameter (inner part that goes into the hub), while this big one is around 68mm (don't remember exactly, but definitely around 70mm).

if @Marcos is right and the two pics don’t belong to each other, then most likely you have a period correct MoMo button which will fit your Petri wheel and will look nice too, after some TLC.
The price of nice Petri horn buttons have gone thru the roof......hers a typical advert of late
