Actually, what I meant was I need to go into Aladdin's cave and pull out a wheel or two if people are selling bare wheels for 550 (or completes for the other price quoted...850?!?!!)

"hint hint" meant I need more than a financial hope to go rooting around in storage....like a serious inquiry ;-) BUT, I did not want to hijack Nike's thread/offer....

The unique Petri/BMW steering hubs (380, 400mm) were never available separately, so they are as rare as than hens' teeth. Good Petri wheels (no hubs) are way more available than the mounting hubs for BMWs.

Almost all of the parts in that red bucket of petri stuff on ebay.de is VW or Audi, might be a collar or two that are usable but the price for the lot is getting way up there with several days to go.

Petri hubs

I used a shortened Momo hub, redrilled and tapped to take the Petri screws - see picture. There's no doubt the 38cm Petri is perfect for the E9. The original wheel was too large, and a modern Prototipo too small.
