Polaris headliner color

Approximately $350 - $400 just for the material, depending on where you get it. On the sunroof coupe you will also need to remove the molded wood form to which the headliner is glued from the car. It is easier to glue on the new 1/8" foam and headliner with this out of the car (unless you turn the car upside down ;) ).

You will also need to remove the front and rear windows, the inside chrome trim on the sides and the molded front section of the headliner (which is held on with two rivets at each side), and the sunroof and all its pieces/tracks.

All in all, it is a bit of a project, but definitely will make the interior look much better.

Wow, I am intimidated by the thought of undertaking this. I see breaking unobtainium pieces.
I also would not likely trust any walk in shop that says they know what they are doing.
I would let Sven tackle it though if he didn't mind oil all over his floor !!

Wait...

Man....I was to hire Sven for the mega conversion! Too bad he is a builder of buildings.....missed the calling....
