Possible source for Recaro seat webbing.

I think I’ve located a possible source for the correct width (70mm or 2 3/4”) elastic webbing for the bottom of vintage Recaro seats. http://www.ebay.com/itm/110616623390?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.
The only problem is the seller will not ship to the USA so we need a fellow coupe owner based in England to do the purchasing and ship it to us in the USA. Any thoughts or volunteers on this purchase ?? ~ John Buchtenkirch

which may need some adapting to certain Recaro seat frames. On a more positive note, it would certainly give the aging foam in vintage Recaros maximum support. ~ John Buchtenkirch

His strap kits are only 2” wide instead of the correct 2 ¾” width. Considering the age of the foam I would want more support for it…… not less which I’d figure would only hasten the eventual demise of the early seats. I don’t care for the look of the latter style Recaro seats at all and I just don’t think they have a period correct look for our coupes so I’d like to preserve what I already own. I’d gladly go with a USA source for 2 ¾ “ or even 3” (which will fit the Recaro clips) elastic webbing if anyone could direct me to it, it seems like only 2” and lesser sizes are available in the USA for some reason. ~ John Buchtenkirch
