Power Steering Filter replacement

Long overdue. I have the new filter in hand. Can anyone here describe steps to do a correct replacement of the "I don't know how old it is" filter that is inside my PS fluid reservoir?

1- empty reservoir
2- remove pressure plate
3- remove old filter
4- clean reservoir
5- new filter
6- pressure plate
7- fill in new fluid follow the blue book procedure
8- bleed
9- top to level
10- ready
