hello,
i replace the original rubber per brand new one (n°51715776161) but it's very hard to close it Yet I set the closing system as high as possible.
do yo know how to fix it and what kind of glue do you use to fix the rubber ?

thanks

I have the same problem with walloth nesch seal.
Like alprada stated, time and compression. I have heard of some people trimming the seal but that sounded awful to do and still look ok.

I gave up with a WnN sourced seal after years of waiting for it to settle. So I went to a U.K. seal supplier and just guessed which could work, I got lucky and found one soft enough to allow the bonnet (hood) to close nicely. The prior ones were too stiff. Supplier called Woolies In Peterborough.

Good luck with the rugby, quality defence coach for those who don’t know he is a Brit, former Welsh coach.

I've used an alternative seal too - one that pushes over the edge of the boot aperture so it eliminates the water trap created by the original.

I think I ordered 4 metres - ebay listing below.
