ProtoXide fuel pressure regulator

Anyone tried the above as a replacement to the stock unit? I need a replacement but it's near impossible to find, if anyone could guide me to the right place it would be much appreciated.

Is this for a carbed coupe? Injected can use the Saab regulator which is 3 bar.
