Does anyone knows what switch this is? It can be pulled out three times.

Looks like an early headlight switch to me. I have no idea what year/make/model, but most (at least US) cars in the 50's-70's cars used a headlight switch like this. All in off. First detent parking lights. 2nd detent headlights. The knob would generally rotate which turned a variable resistor to dim the dash lights.

it looks like the E9 wiper speed switch (for early models), but that one has different pins:

I did a quick search, closest match I found is an E10 wiper switch:

Could it be a BMW 1600 1602 2002 (1966-1971) Fan Blower Switch?

found it:

E10 blower switch

Mine is such that the switch, when would up to the full bright position for the dashboard lights, resembles a shower head spouting water downwards. Very appropriate given how much water my car lets in.
