I'm in the process of changing the AC system on my E3 to a more modern one.
My original system has been disconnected at some point and the electrical part is probably missing pieces.

Did the original system not contain a coolant temp sensor to turn the condenser fan on when the engine got hot in addition to turning it on when the compressor was running?
It doesn't look like a Binary or Trinary switch was used originally to protect the system against over or under pressures. Is this the case or is it just missing from this diagram?
What was the purpose of shutting off the heater blower when the AC was activated?
