Rear Brake Regulator

DeQuincey recently posted a great guide to rebuilding the rear brake regulator, that often forgotten part that lives above the rear axle. Without the where with all to do this for myself, can anyone point me in the direction of a source for this part ?

if you do not have a better alternative, i can do it for you
if you are not in a hurry, send me the part and i will renovate it for you, probably i will be back in London in june so i can hand it over you
