Are there any alternatives to factory bmw rear rotors for a 74 csi?

Blank vented roters are available from Wallothnesch and
https://www.old.bmw-oldtimerteile.de and probably several other places.

Wallothnesch also makes drilled ventilated rotors.

Unless you want oem and are prepared to pay the price, check with your local brake specialist you may be surprised there are other generic discs that fit

Ireland engineering got me a set a while back, cross drilled. Was reasonably priced. Nice fit.

Yes, try IE, got mine there. I think their stock was limited though and that was 2 years ago so ...........
