Rear Seat Fabric Yardage

Apologies if this has already been posted but I did a search and didn't see anything.

I am ordering new sports seats (from GTS Classics - would appreciate any feedback on these guys but the Porsche owners seem to like them) and would like to order enough additional fabric to cover the rear so that it matches. Does anyone know how much yardage would be required to cover the backs on an E9?

Figuring yardage

Depends.... ask them if the upholstery goods are 51" wide. Is there any pattern in the material that you have to match? Need a little more info please.

Those guys are pretty good; so they may have a suggestion themselves.

But usually you end up buying more because of waste or matching. But as a general guide- you have two back seats, armrests, and center console; so three times 1 regular seat- 6-8 running yds. min. or more if there's a pattern/ match.

Thanks for the advice. No pattern but I did want to match the fabric (type and color). Given GTS is covering fronts and backs of two seats, and looking again and the back, I think it's probably no more than 1-1.5x total what would be used on the fronts, but again am no expert in the upholstery area.
