I'm interested in buying the rear wheel arch covers that are in the for sale section. I've never had a set nor seen a set...Can these covers be restored ? recovered? I know that they can be painted but is there any way of getting rid of cracks?

Thx
Giorgio

Part number for rear plastic wheel covers

The links in the previous posts for Mobile Tradition are dead. Also, I fear that the part featured on the penskeparts.com diagram is for the inner cover (between the body and the wheel seam/joint) that connects to the larger cover in the trunk.

I don't want to order the wrong part. Can someone who ordered the new part (r/l) give the part numbers? I've looked through all the posts and understand that it's both softer and a slightly different pattern - it's fine. Thank you in advance.

Left side is 51471810889, right ends in 90, $132 list price. Stan has them in his coupe, you need to cut holes for trunk lid support and stop bracket. Much more pliable. $100 at Tomkinson, cheap.

The pattern is smooth rather than like the elephant skin. Also the color is a bit off so, following Chris's recommendation, we painted it with SEM warm gray before installing. Much more durable looking...

Hey guys, thank you so much for the quick responses. Chris, storm grey was the color posted in a previous thread. Also, I owe you a call; thank you again or extending yourself. Stan and DeQuincey, thank you for the TA.

It was in the upper 50s in NYC today. I completed the install of a non sunroof headliner, and tomorrow (today) I'm attempting to refit parts that have been off for close to a decade around the same as well as tackling the ECU mount and glovebox install.
