Rear window motor access hole grommets. Anyone have extras?

Hi does anyone have an extra or two? I think I have one, with a tab broken and cannot find the other. And I find myself having to roll the window motor wheels with my finger as they stick quite a bit if the car is not used.

Have someone scan and 3-d print it. The kind of part that's perfect to cheaply reproduce.
