I have difficulties finding a source for rebuild kit to the early clutch slave cylinder.

Reading a lot of earlier threads regarding this issue the closest I get is the picture in member Buffarea's thread http://www.e9coupe.com/forum/showthread.php?t=6588&page=4 (page4)
showing a spare part box from Lucas Girling together with the slave.

Readable data on the box: Lucas Girling SP 3650 (RK 22073)

But, not 100% sure if this box contained parts for rebuilding the slave :-)

I sent Buffarea PM several months ago, but no response.

So if anyone of you guys knows anything more in this matter, It would be appreciated.

My bad!

Hi John!

Sorry about that I missed in the thread title to point out that I meant "slave" clutch cylinder. My bad!

I noticed that directly after posting it. Not possible to edit thread title afterwards :-)

Thanks anyway John. I've seen your posts about master clutch cylinder earlier because that could always be a "problem tomorrow"

My car had been sitting for nearly 30 years when I started to fix her up. All hydraulic cylinders were totally (I mean 100% totally) jammed.
The first one I started to renovate was the slave clutch cylinder.
Similar to all of us I was keen on getting started and perhaps I was to rough and used wrong liquid (that I know) to get the cylinder moving at all on the bench. So now 4 years later, it starting to leak a little. About one drop each week.

For every other hydraulic cylinders on my E9 I was using a smother method (only using hydraulic oil and similar) and done the homework before starting together with a lot of patience... :-)
