Rebuilt motor and tranny in LA CR ($1k)

He has been trying to sell it for months and months. At some point he had photos and it just didn't look newly rebuilt. There was a lot of gunk on the intake manifold, carbs, and just was filthy. Funny thing is at some point he was asking $1,500 and I considered buying it for $1,000 before I had seen the photos, I made the offer and he was so offended and said no way. Little did he know he would be begging someone to buy it for $1,000 which it has been at this price for about two months with no takers.
