I just came back from my Chroming shop where I had a large green handle screwdriver chromed fo $50.Came out real nice, however does it make sence to spend $50 on a $100 screwdriver?

Haha well Sir, I think you've just fallen into the pitfall of trying to apply logic to an illogical problem. I'm not sure many of us in the vintage BMW world make financially prudent decisions (ie. $100 SCREWDRIVER).

Harry, it answers itself. A green screwdriver is not worth anything close to a hundred $$. I would be more than happy to provide green screwdrivers at that price. So, after all of that, I would say no, it is not worth it.

PS. I ment to tell ou that I received an Email from a friend with photos of many red handle screwdrivers and many roll-ups with tools. Somehow having surgery and being in the hospital at the time I missed the message and neve opened it until a few days ago When I happened to see it by accident. I callled and he said they were all sold. Early bird geta the worm.
