Register newly purchased '74 on CS Registry

I've been trying to register the CS I recently purchased on the CS registry, but can not do it. It has been previously registered (when it appeared on Hemmings advertisement apparently), and the web site will not let me send a message regarding my intent to give more info!!

VIN is 4310278, hope someone can give me guidance on how to accomplish this!
 
Gary, I will archive that entry, go in and create a new entry. The site was down but JJ got hold of Network Solutions, they are a pain to deal with.
