Removal of "Front Panel"

The front panel here in figure 01:

Is this bolted or welded on? I see a series of screws. I'm looking for the best way to remove.

All of this is welded together .. the only pieces fastened with the screws shown are the splash shields . .

The front nose cone is all spot welded together, then spot welded to the inner wings.
There are lots of spot welds, I should know I took two apart to build one good one out of two!
I believe you cannot get the individual parts any more, but you can get a whole new nose cone, doesn't make sense to me but here you go
