remove the 'chrome' trim on the sides of the center console?

How does one remove the 'chrome' trim on the sides of the center console?
Any tricks to not bending it?

Just prise it off gently, its held on by a set of little nails that are set into the trim, the trim would have been tapped gently into place when new as though you were hammering a nail in.. you have to refit the reverse of removal

Posting a picture since I just did this today. Use a small screwdriver and start at the end that’s tucked up high under the dash, then pry it down towards the front.
