Chris, were your comments within that thread referring to the originals or the BMW repops sold 4 or 5 years ago?
I think these newer repops look closer to the originals than the floppy and soft BMW repop.
great to know. i have a USA question ... did the US coupes have the outer covers on both sides? or did the gas tank (gray plastic tank) eliminate the passenger side on USA coupes?
Both sides just shorter on tank side. Parts book says both sides only on 3.0CS, none on 2800CS, I never knew that.
