Just want to share a few pics I've done at Retroclassic last friday.
The Alpina B2 was in superb condition and exhibited at the BMW club stand. The excellent 3.0 S was in the visitors classic car parking.
There were more than 2500 classic cars in Stuttgart: great quality, great show.

Looks to be oner of their carb'd versions rather than a Kuglefischer set up... based on the power rating?

It's a pity that all those MB replicas only have the std- 6.3 or the street tuned 6.3 with approx 300 hp at its best which you could get back in the day for the "normal" 6.3 AMG as well. The real one had a dual throttle 6.8 with over 400 hp - now that would be fun to see (and hear)!

This one seems to be tuned at 6,8 liters. A couple of years ago I've seen also a superb Silber Sau from Mechatronic, not sure what they put under the hood.
