Now Sold ...must say I'm surprised but guess people are jumping on them when they come up given they're thin on the ground in OZ. I thought $88k ask was "ambitious " but only listed Christmas Eve and now gone.

Unless he was really flexible with price I can’t see someone paying that kind of money for it
