Right side mirror "Mounting Foot" 51 16 1 804 653 or 832 567

Hello Coupe Friends,

After 42 years of ownership, I finally admit to myself that I need the right side mirror.

To finish this mirror upgrade project, I have been looking for the mount bracket 51161832567 or 51161804 653 (in German the called "Mounting Foot"), shown as number 4 in the parts explosion below.

Can anyone steer me toward a source for this part? Sadly only one is required.

Likewise, but less necessary, if I am lucky, someone might have the backing plate shown as number 8 in the diagram below.

All advice and help would be appreciated.
