RM Sotheby's Auction Results - Monterey 2025

I just got through browsing (online) all the RM Sotheby's cars being offered up today and tomorrow looks like. Some really nice cars but the expected prices seem extremely optimistic. I realize this is fairly common, but I don't think a lot of these will get near their reserve.

This one caught my eye...Serial number 599+1.

My friends and I were able to inspect the lots before the auction started. Really amazing cars there, including a gaggle of Alfas that were tragically relegated to the back lot outside.

Many, if not most of the cars were at "No Reserve"..... so no safety net for the seller.

To help out the seller a bit on a "No Reserve" sale, auction houses often publish optimistic "estimates" to perhaps raise the price expectation for bidders.
