Roundel stickers

Does anyone know if, and where, one could purchase a peel and stick type roundel, similar to the wheel cap centers, but in possibly a 10 to 12 inch diameter? Contemplating making a garage clock.

A graphics print shop could probably do one if you brought them a high resolution image.
