Rubber Seals - Part Number

I found the part numbers to the rubber seals on the front and back of the B Pillar and the other seals for the A and C pillars. The B Pillar piece appears to be available at Walloth and Nesch (at a whopping $100+ each!), but not the A and C pillar pieces. Has anyone used any of the universal seals available in the US?

What are the best sources for complete door seals? I'm missing parts on the driver's side,and the passenger side is not is great shape either.

Do the inner seals actually seal against the door or are they just there to prevent damage at the pinch weld? My seals are the fabric covered pieces and then the B pillar piece is almost a "W" shaped piece that the inner B-Pillar cover actually seals to, in addition to the pinch weld.
