That car came from Florida I think. Hurricane Ian victim near me.

I have a good friend in LA with an Appia Vignale convertible. Pretty, but slow. This project would make no economic sense, because great ones are available for sub 100k. Maybe someone with a passion for an interesting project car will save it...
