I have a brand new clutch KIT Sachs KF776-01. I was told that it fits Euro 635I. Does any one know if it will work in E9 with 265/6?

Sure you got that trans number correct? I thought the Getrag 265/5 was used in CS's.
265/5 is the close ratio "dogleg" Getrag.
265/6 is the over drive Getrag.
Both are commonly used in CS's
Can't help with the clutch unfortunately.

Hi, I'm also fitting the Getrag 265/6 overdrive 5 speed to my CSL.
Can anyone confirm the correct Clutch kit and throw out bearing i should use with the standard flywheel??

TO bearing and clutch disc is standard e9, you can verify on RealOEM. It shows a different PP but don’t know why. Below is b35 from an 1/88 e24:
