Thankfully for a change this is a real car, actually was next to us at Le Mans Classic in 2014 - much longer story, owners son was driving and lets just say, understanding the rev limits is not his greatest skillI dont think the price is terrible for a car with its history and who it has been looked after by for the last few years . The problem is judging this price against the "suspect" cars out there, which many will do and the difference for a really historic and important car, should be in this range and dare I say even more if it was any of the other great marques and from one of their best periods. Any other marque and an important race car from one of their greatest periods - the price would be significantly more and one day these might well be.
Lovely Pedigreed Group 2 CSL for under $800K sounds inexpensive in the world of Race CSLs.
