My CS had no rear seatbelt mounts as far as I or my mechanic could tell. I decided to just go with a lap belt, the mounts for which I bought from Coupe King and had installed per his recommendation. My rear passenges will still be in child seats for a few more years and if they have any interest in riding in the old car we'll see about putting a three point in at that point.

The type of belt you have differs from mine, but I have seen the middle loop mounted in the anterior portion of the wood trim.
The belt is anchored on or near the parcel shelf, comes forward through the middle loop, and then also anchored down low by the driver's left hip.
I am not sure what that threaded hole in that flat metal piece is for.
Nor am I sure what the hole is for high up in the wood trim.
Do some searches for seat belt posts, and I know there are pix of this mounting scheme.

Here is what I did

The thread indicated here by craterface was originally started by me to get ideas on installing a retractable seatbelt.
Here is what i came up with.
Purchased some 75' CSI front seat belts from Steve Oneil (Thanks!)
Mounted the belts on an existing anchor point as shown. This is the same anchor point you show in your pictures.
I had to modify the armrest and remove a small amount of pading from the side of the rear seat to get the correct fit. Not ideal to hack the seat, but felt this was my best option.

Then I used an idea from Gary(bmwmadman) for the seat belt holder.
Here is a link to the seat belt holder I purchased.

Then bought a 1/4 in aluminum rod from Home Depot to replace the original rod(s).
I heated the seat belt holder and formed it to the CS Seat.

Pictures are a little dark but you get the idea.
